I am grateful to be able to advance my yoga practice weekly and hope to inspire others to do the same.  I have enjoyed incorporating yoga into my weekly workouts for two years now and have LOVED what it has done for my body, mind and soul!  If you havent tried it, you MUST!  My weekly workouts usually consist of lifting weights with some cardio 3-4 days a week, one out door running day & one hour and 15 min heated vinyasa flow yoga class.  I look forward to continuing to advance my practice and hope this workout gives you some great moves to try!  Namaste!  Enjoy some of these behind-the-scenes pics from our shoot!
